Akechi isn't a harpy, but he does have wings. He may be able to give some pointers, since he's gotten a bit more accustomed to flight.

Plus, I can see him bringing any tech he loots from the cyborgs to Donnie to inspect. He's already proven himself competent in Akechi's eyes.
