She looks energetic, upbeat, enthusiastic and even optimistic. Even though Kotone seems so cheery, she carries many burdens and responsibilities. She's the leader of a group named SEES. It's her job to defeat these mysterious creatures called Shadows and to figure out the truth behind the Dark Hour.
She grew up as an orphan, not even having people she could even call family. Her worldview can sometimes be more somber and melancholic. At first, she may have some difficulties opening up about her past and experiences. Once she does, Kotone can be an extremely loyal friend. She'd go to great lengths to protect the people important to her.
Oh, did I mention she has a bottomless stomach? If you want to make her happy, you can impress her with food.
